 We carefully select nuts from different part of the world, roast and taste them for consistent and excellent flavor. We do this with precision and passion in order for our customers to enjoy the best and most delicious product on the market. 

Our Process

  Our process begins at origin, sourcing quality nuts that can be traced back to farms. Perfect temperature and roasting technology is then selected in the crucial step of roasting each nut variety. 

The final result: great tasting crunchy nuts!

Peanuts

The peanut, also known as the groundnut, is a legume crop grown mainly for its edible seeds. It is widely grown in the tropics and subtropics, being important to both small and large commercial producers. Atypically among legume crop plants, peanut pods develop underground (geocarpy) rather than above ground. With this characteristic in mind, the botanist Carl Linnaeus named the species hypogaea, which means "under the earth".

Our roasted and salted Almonds are among the largest you can get anywhere. We only source 20/22 nonpareil almonds grown in California. Our farmers weed out the dull almonds so each morsel that makes it to your bag is sweet, meaty and never bitter. Almonds make a healthy snack that’s packed with protein, fiber, calcium, zinc, and antioxidants.

These almonds are pasteurized and roasted.

Enjoy our delectable roasted and salted hazelnuts. Perfect for on-the-go or as a mid-afternoon snack, our natural hazelnuts (filberts) are high in protein and low in fat.

Health Tips

  1. Hazelnuts contain nearly 91 percent monounsaturated fat and less than 4 percent saturated fat. Over 30 tree nut studies indicate this high level of monounsaturated fat is likely responsible for a reduction in both total blood and LDL cholesterol levels when hazelnuts are consumed as part of a low saturated fat diet.
  2. It also contributes significant amounts of protein, fiber, iron, phosphorus, vitamins B1, B2, C, and E, folate and many other essential nutrients. Replacing a less nutrient dense snack with heart healthy and flavorful hazelnuts has many health benefits.
